Sean Hamilton-Mitsotakis was a Beowulfan citizen and an officer of the Biological Survey Corps. Holding the rank of Colonel in the mid-19th Century PD, he served as the commanding officer of the Special Actions Group, assigning assassination targets and planning the neccessary operations.
