He is a paranormal investigator as he teams up with Dr. Lesh and Ryan in order to save Carol Anne from the evil ghosts. In the bathroom, he hallucinates, ripping off his face and having blood all over the sink. After the hallucination, he notices that his face didn't rip off yet.
