Grover, Grover, Come on Over is a 1991 Sesame Street storybook featuring Grover. In it, Grover gets the idea to build a kite after helping Elmo with some newspaper. As his friends come by, asking him to come on over and play with them, Grover uses something spare that they have to finally finish his kite. Characters in the story were Grover, Elmo, Betty Lou, her cat, Ernie, Bert and Herry Monster.
