R'ksha was a Xenexian rank which was roughly equivalent to the Federation Starfleet rank of captain. When M'k'n'zy of Calhoun began his revolution against the Danteri occupation of Xenex in the early 2350s, he had the rank of r'ksha bestowed upon him by his people.
