Rushlight to-Vensre was a Sivaoan bard who made first contact with the United Federation of Planets. Rushlight was one of the few Sivaoans who liked to swim. He was willing to exchange news and stuff from one bard to another in private, the songs that were passed down from Sunfall to-Ennien to All Loops, then from one bard to another. He was the one that explain that 'took the other road' suicide, if they failed in the Walk.
