Givers are usually happy at first (+30 Relationship) so players tend to ally with them more than any other archetype empires, because diplomats, givers, traders and bards are easy to ally with. Givers have a Democracy as a government, and speak with a rather caring voice, sounding somewhere in the Contralto range.
