It is located in the Midlands and is one of the outposts under Noore's control. It is guarded by Royal Army soldiers, including heavy gunners and the Rakshasa. A note inside one of the buildings indicates that this was the place that Noore volunteered a doctor at before and during the early days of Pagan Min's reign.
