A partner in the Hammerhead Inn in Dragaera City during the beginning of the 18th Phoenix Reign. A ruddy-faced Jhereg, Tukko ran an untaxed shereba parlor in the back of his inn, presumably as a part of the Jhereg Organization. Tukko was killed during Adron's Disaster.
