When the Blast Edge arte is used, the user draws back on their bow and concentrates fire at the arrow's tip. The user then releases a group of arrows in a fan shape, covered in fire. In Tales of the Abyss, this arte is the result of Storm Edge being used in a fully-charged Fire or Light FOF Circle. Storm Edge instead focuses the spread arrows in a concentrated stream, and its projectiles lack this arte's fire. Additionally, the arcane arte Infernal Blast is visually similar to Blast Edge, a nod to the relationship between its user, the God-General Largo, and Blast Edge's user, Natalia.
