In 1995, after being given the idea to make the Toy Story toys, Thinkway took on the project, and soon began selling the Toy Story toys. In 2012, Thinkway Toys was asled to make toys (Mainly plushes) from the Despicable Me franchise to promote Despicable Me 2. They have since made other toys for the franchise and was the main toy manufacturer for Minions.
