Badali is a Khajiit Crescent Moon Acolyte priest residing at the Temple of the Crescent Moon, in the region of Khenarthi's Roost. She is trying to perform spells, but all she can make is a dust cloud. Mikarur will shout after her every time a new dust cloud erupts.
