Laughing Dragon Shipping was a small company based in Babylon 5's Red Sector, owned and operated by Mr. Ashi Van Troc. Though the businesses was in itself a legitimate enterprise, it also served as the main point of contact for illegal and black market shipments on and off the station. Anyone intending to move contraband through B5 had to pay off Ashi or his boys are liable to pay them a visit.
