In the anime, Power Release has been seen being used outside Tenmaru's own usage. Fumetsu is seen using this nature in a manner unique to himself. When Fumetsu uses Power Release, it often manifests as red electrical energy which can be used to absorb his opponent's chakra, or as countless bolts of energy — very different from the black energy produced in the manga.
