Rhona is in labour but she's unable to get hold of Paddy, who is pouring his heart out to Chas, so Marlon and Rhona make their way to the hospital. When Paddy arrives back in the village, Diane gives him the news and he races to the hospital. However, Marlon and Rhona are already in the delivery suite ready to push the baby out. Paddy is stuck in traffic as Marlon acts as Rhona's rock during the final stage of labour. The baby arrives safely and Marlon and Rhona are overwhelmed as they welcome their child into the world. Paddy finally arrives and sees the happy family through the window of the ward just as the nurse reminds him that it's usually only the baby's father who's allowed in.
