Early on the morning of New Year's Eve in Anderson, a crime-infested LA ghetto, an LAPD team rush an apartment block controlled by the notorious "Street Thunder" gang. After an intense shootout, six gang members are killed. In retaliation, the gang warlords swear a blood oath against the citizens of Los Angeles and more importantly, the LAPD.
