Rontis was one of the five Force-sensitive children from Raxus Prime who were known as the Lineless who all eventually became Jedi. Rontis was foremost among the Jedi Assassins during the Clone Wars. He would eventually be offered a seat on the Aargonar Council and be granted the rank of Master, a rank which required him to step down from active duty just days before Order 66 was carried out.
