The scapulari are a race of semi-aquatic hominids that are commonly found living in homes made of wrecked ships on the Stico Bay's beaches, and are less commonly found by the Western Army Camp. They are crab-like in appearance with thick skin and claw-like mandibles. There are two different sub-species: one is shorter with a shorter face, protruding eye stocks, and a small mouth. the other kind is taller with a long dome shaped head with eyes on opposite sides of the skull, and have a very large mouth
