You need 25 Fletching to attach the golden wool to the Unstrung lyre. Lower levelled players may attempt to obtain the drop from NPCs around Rellekka, however it is a rare drop. The 2 NPCs that drop are Lanzig and Freidir in their huts in the south-eastern area of the village.
