Bongiovi was a shudderup quetarrist and singer from the planet Naboo who was active during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. During the war he worked with the royal Music Advisor Hela Brandes, the classical composer Tofli Argala, the gungan bandleader Augara Jowil, to persuade the symponik master composer Beezar Pert to preform at a charity concert. The concert was held in the Palace Plaza of Theed, the capital city of Naboo, and sold out tickets, with all profits being used to help children orphaned during the Clone Wars on both sides of the conflict.
