Vlop is one of the two Lingons seen on the video in the Lost Ruins in Deliverance, the other being Argeth. The player "plays" as Vlop by selecting conversation choices, to either advance, or to get in on backstory. It is unknown if the two will be seen in the remake. You can see the conversation here.
