Lucas Bishop, or simply Bishop, is a Human Mutant hailing from a dystopian future where both Mutants and humans are oppressed by the Sentinels. Inadvertently sent to the past, Bishop utilized his arsenal of abilities and combat talents to combat those he deemed dangerous and attempt to keep his bleak reality from coming into existence. He's served with the X-Men for many years, but has also conflicted with the team on occasion.
