Part of Issue 10, the Vanguard brings with it special costume pieces allowing players to match their costumes to the NPC groups. These costumes share the invention crafting symbol, but are not costume recipes. They can only be crafted on Vanguard Crafting Tables located in the Vanguard base. To Craft them you must have the required number of Vanguard Merits, and enough inf. While these items are craftable at any level, only characters levels 35 and up can enter the zone where the crafting tables reside. Once Crafted, these costume pieces are always available on that character.
