It is mentioned that he has "over a hundred cherries" attached to his hat, that detonate whatever they hit (they are not specifically mentioned to be cherry bombs or any other sort of explosive - just cherries). Some sort of uncolored contraption is present below him on the page in which he appears, which is not given any explanation. It is not mentioned if he is a hero or villain.
