Vegan Steven is a Raptor-at-Large NPC in Club Station Alpha. In Club Station Alpha, Vegan Steven is located next to Wally Hornswaggle near the station's gravity well. Although Vegan Steven seemingly takes pleasure in terrifying the Scared Pirate, he does enjoy putting on a top hat, carrying a cane, and dancing for players' amusement.
