The royal griffin is the upgraded version of the griffin, the third-level creature of the Castle faction. It can be trained at the Upgraded Griffin Tower. The royal griffin has two major improvements over the griffin: a large increase in speed, and instead of retaliating twice, the royal griffin has unlimited retaliation, fighting back every time it is struck. This protects it from being ganged up on, or at least assures that the opponent will regret doing so. The biggest problem is that its hit points are still low, and it is too vulnerable to stand on its own.
