Otis Williams is a character portrayed by Ray Stoney in the ABC crime series Castle. Otis was "a street punk" who was accused of the murder of Lyla Addison when he was found going for a joyride in her car after her death. However, when Castle and Beckett became involved in the investigation - after one of the jurors in the trial dropped dead - they discovered evidence that Otis hadn't killed her, when questioning him revealed the location of an anomalous fingerprint that led to the identification of the real killer.
