Luigi and Guido's Team Relay 3 is the third Luigi and Guido's Team Relay race in Cars Mater-National. It takes place in Tailfin Pass, and follows the same track as Wheel Well Circuit. It is unlocked by Wheel Well Circuit, which also unlocks The Upper Mine.
