Sir Harry Seymour Foster (29 April 1855 – 20 June 1938) was a Conservative Party politician active at both the local level in London and at the national level in the House of Commons. The second son of Samuel Green Foster of Tulse Hill, a director of the New River Company and his wife Georgiana Amelia née Egerton. In 1878 he married Amy Sparks, and the couple had two sons and three daughters. In the meantime he had been elected member of parliament for Lowestoft in Suffolk in 1892, holding the seat until 1900. He briefly held the Lowestoft seat again from January to December 1910.
