Elizabeth Mortimer (Born 1944 in Royal Tonbridge Wells England), is a British portrait painter and sculptor She studied History of Art at London's Courtauld Institute and sculpture in New York City. She has also worked as a district councillor in Oxfordshire and as an art correspondent for The Spectator
