Valerius Filius was borned on 30 BBY on Koru Neimoidia and became a Court Secretary in a very young age.He was first appointed as Undersecretary of Jugdment and Order from Lork Durd on 18 ABY after the establishment of the Monarchy.After the Monarch saw his former cabinet formation was unorthodox he changed the stracture. Filius was one of the small number of members in the first cabinet to keep their office in the second along with Sentron Mak,Lors Ainom and Rodenus of Finance.His office just changed name and also got the Justice department under it making it Justice and Order Ministry.
