Rupert Mengovhen is a wizard and scholar in service of the Triad. He appears to be somewhere in his fourties and is typically seen wearing light green robes with golden and brown trimmings, rather thick as appropriate for the climate. Around his waist rests a belt covered in mystic protective runes from which a scrollcase and an odd looking stick hang.
