The ship's armor and weaponry are constantly being updated as funds will allow, and it sports a hot cherry red paintjob to boot. Instead of a conventional navigation system, the ship links up to a bio-android named Melfina via a wetware-to-hardware interface. Among the Desperado's crew are Captain "Hot Ice" Hilda; the Ctarl-Ctarl Aisha Clanclan; and, at least for the time being, Zev Raregroove, Namah, Ryoko, and Yoruichi Shihouin.
