Together with the president and vice president, the monarch of the Chungga Empire is one of the three heads of state in the Chungganation. Throughout history, the Chungga Empire has been ruled by several kings, starting from 1297 to the present. Each monarch is selected through a process called Con anum, wherein the whole Chungganese Congress convene and make a consensus about the successor of the current monarch. It is usually done on the first Friday of December before the new monarch's inauguration on January 3 the next year.
