He first appeares as the announcer for a Japenese gameshow called fool me twice. He was not revealed to be evil until the middle of the episode when he would not let Mordicai, Rigby and Benson leave. He later praises them for winning the game, but self-destructes seconds later while speaking Japenese. He is an all-around minor villain.
