Than, he become a criminal cause he was broken and when he learns that Gargan have transform into the Scorpion. Skipper want to be like him. but, more mostrous. Than, he uses a bit of a Scorpion's DNA and transform into the new Scorpion. Than, he was defeated by the original Scorpion and Spider-Man.
