This was the first campaign to attempt to take a outpost for the Empire. It lasted three years due to the nature of the war and the native Ar'lian's use of Guerrilla Tactics during the second and third year of the war. The use of the advanced Imperial weaponry was what lead to the defeat of the Ar'Lian's.
