The three girls are very minor characters in Harvest Moon 64. They are not residents of Flower Bud Village but will show up to watch certain festivals. If the player wins the cow festival and keeps the cow out in the pasture, the girls will come over and ask for a photograph. They will also show up if you have a lot of flowers in your farm. Their names are Annie, Bunny and Coney.
