Constantin Birnbacher (January 19th, 2951 - August 1st, 2831) was the 10th Vice-Chairman of the Fascist Authority Party and former Minister of Science & Technology of Greater Hulstria; Birnbacher also served as the Vizestaatsminister of Greater Hulstria. A close friend to then party chairman Friedrich Ewald II, Constantin Birnbacher was apart of the "Conservative Upsurge" movement within the Fascist Authority Party, and one of the top leaders of the internal party movement.
