Dragons are reptilian, with scales, sharp teeth, bat-like wings, and a tongue that is covered with hooked barbs. Upon birth, they are slightly larger than a dog, but can soon grow to be many times larger than a house. The largest dragons were often mistaken for hills due to their immense size.
