The recipe book containing the recipe for the Graceful Crystal can be purchased from Pamela's store during Assignment 6. Cole may ask for one during his Friend Quests, and Esty may also request it at the castle as one of the available Front Quests. When used while traveling, it will make materials that can be gathered in that area a better quality. It can be registered at Pamela's using wholesale.
