Oscar 18 was a UNSC Army unit operating in New Alexandria, Reach. During the evacuation of the city, Oscar 18 succeeded in destroying a Covenant communications jammer, but were pinned down by sniper fire while waiting for evacuation. They were later rescued by SPARTAN-B312 piloting a UH-144 Falcon, and evacuated by Pelican.
