Ensign Williams was a Human Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Enterprise-D in the mid-2360s. In 2365, while Lieutenant Worf was on an away mission to Iconia, Ensign Williams served as tactical officer and reported several system failures to Commander Riker. She was unable to get a lock at the Romulan warbird Haakona because of the malfunctioning systems. Williams smiled when Riker asked for some rocks to throw at the vessel. (TNG: "Contagion" ) Ensign Williams was played by Dana Sparks. Her name comes from the script.
