The Soul Hunter arrived on Babylon 5 in 2263 in the aftermath of the Ragalian incident which involved another Soul Hunter. This Soul Hunter arrived on the station to retrieve the Ralgan Soul Globe stolen from a Soul Hunter Whisper gallery. His fellow Soul Hunter scarified his body to remain trapped with the Ragalians until a way to reverse the damage they caused was found.
