When April Ryan arrives in the city, she asks Karek the map seller if she can buy a map of Marcuria from him. He informs her that the Guild of Tourism has a monopoly on city maps ("I can tell you're not from around here, or you'd know that"), but the Guild, like all good bureaux, is closed for the holidays (the Feast of the Balance?).
