High Speed Rush is a physical barrage technique that parodies the usual style of fighting in the Dragon Ball series starting from Dragon Ball Z on (High Speed Rush itself is actually a very commonly appearing special within the Budokai Tenkaichi series, a series of fighting games based on Dragon Ball in its entirety). It's basically any type of super-speed combo that has an initial attack performed by the user before going into a chain of attacks. The combo itself differs almost every time it's used, and is frequently done by numerous RP characters; known enough to be worthy enough of a separate article. It has been mostly seen used by Pokemon like Riolu and its evolution, Lucario.
