Estimate Boy claimed to be able to estimate anything accurately. Unfortunately, he couldn't. He applied for membership of the Legion of Super-Heroes at the same time as Polar Boy, Chlorophyll Kid, Night Girl, Stone Boy and Fire Lad, who went on to form the Legion of Substitute Heroes.
