The Lizard tattoo was a tattoo unique to Togashi Okkio. The tattoo granted the mad ise zumi the ability to use other ise zumi's tattoos by skinning and wearing them. Okkio was limited to wearing one ise zumi's skin at a time, but doing so granted him the use of all of that individual's tattoos. Later it became a Order of Kokujin Tattoo. [citation needed]
