The Knuckle Bomber is one of Keith Wayne's special techniques, having appeared in every one of the games he has appeared in. Keith rushes forward, and delivers a small combination of hooks surrounded in energy into the foe, the final one knocking the opponent off their feet. Done at the right time, this technique can bypass projectiles, providing a rewarding counterattack. A variant of this attack is the Final Crash Bomber, a more powerful technique, which changed somewhat in Power Instinct Matrimelee, though it largely remained the same.
