Eyecandy is something used in custom scenarios to make the map look good. Some examples are fountains, arenas, parks, boats or anything which cannot be made without glitches/bugs. It can be found on many downloadable maps, some of which can be found here. Some eyecandy can take a very long time to make as some glitches are complex and have be performed carefully.
