Bailey County Electric Cooperative Association is a rural utility cooperative headquartered in Muleshoe, Texas. The cooperative's territory includes portions of Bailey, Castro, Cochran, Lamb, and Parmer counties, all located in the South Plains region of Texas near its border with New Mexico.
